This is Joe Biden, the 46th President of the United States of America. I chose him not because I liked him, but when I was searching for a character to illustrate, Joe Biden's face came to me in my time of need, in the form of an excited face, displayed on my good buddy's screen. Immediately, I knew that he was the perfect candidate, this is simply too comical not to do, and the result perfectly fit his image of hilariousness, and patriotism--with the colour scheme I picked.
